Godrej Properties is building a new neighborhood called Godrej MSR City in Devanahalli. That and the Kempegowda International Airport are both close by. The project covers 62 acres and has 6 very tall buildings, each with 2B+G+12 floors. The project has flats with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Prices range from ₹1.15 Cr to ₹1.9 Cr, and the sizes range from 1175 to 1870 square feet. The Karnataka government has been asked to give RERA approval to the project. The project will start in 2025 as soon as the money comes in.
